Disney on Ice presents Treasure Trove Review

My kids loved Disney on Ice presents Treasure Trove. We went last night to the show at the US Airways Center. It runs through Sunday if you want tickets. The kids were pretty tired before they left, so I was a little nervous about how they would do. Hudson didn't even have an afternoon nap like usual, but even he watched most of the show and loved it (till he succumbed to sleep). It was fun to watch it with my sister Blair and her family. My favorite part of the show was the Lion King segment. The way they portrayed the stampede at Mufasa's death was awesome. Even though I thought the general theme was a little week, I loved the portrayal of the stories and that so many original songs were used. Here are a few pictures from the night.

If you are looking for a great Christmas present for your little ones, think about getting tickets to this show. It has become a little family tradition for us to go to the Disney on Ice events, and my daughter says that it is her very favorite place to go with our family. Join us and donate your hair (at least 8" long) to Children with Hairloss, this non-profit organization provides customized human hair replacements and care kits at no cost to over 300 children a year.

A Great Time with Family

 We had a blast at the US Airways Center on Wednesday night. Our family went to see Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents DRAGONS. It is here in Phoenix till July 2. So if you want tickets make sure you use the coupon code below. It was a late night for the kids but they did really well, even Hudson. My kids are kind of obsessed with dragons right now (because I have mostly boys and all the kids love How to Train Your Dragon). So they loved that the show was dragon themed. It was very entertaining. My mother-in-law is visiting from Tennessee, and she went along with us. She really liked the show too. It is nice to have something to do as a family that everyone enjoys. Here are a few pictures of us at the show. One of my favorite parts was the horse riding at the beginning of the show. The trapeze was pretty awesome too. Pretty much every act amazed us.
